Four Computers For The Four-Mile Firefighters

The Boulder Wildland Firefighters in the Four Mile Canyon volunteer to risk there lives to help people in need every day. So the boys at MyNewITGuys went to help them. After speaking with fire chief Bret Gibson, he explained that their budget didn’t enable them to have computers for their fire fighters.

People that constantly help others deserve better, especially when these people are away from their friends and families for days on end. ┬áSo, shortly after the huge brush fire at Four Mile, we put together 4 complete computer packages with all of the software they’ll ever need. Then we made a surprise donation to their precinct in Nederland to keep them connected with their families and up to date on the latest fire related news.

All the computers had been refurbished donations we received through our pick-up recycle program by members of our boulder community.

We support those that support others.
