Implementation

Network Security Specialist
Designs and maintains secure client network infrastructure including firewall deployment, routing, segmentation, and cabling solutions. Performs vulnerability assessments, monitors network performance, and assists with system upgrades. Works closely with clients and technicians to ensure environments remain stable, secure, and optimized while staying current with emerging cybersecurity threats and best practices.
Customer Experience Representative
Serves as the communication bridge between clients and technical teams. Coordinates scheduling, manages service updates, tracks client satisfaction, and ensures smooth project execution. Translates technical details into clear client-friendly communication while helping maintain ITGuys’ reputation for responsiveness, professionalism, and consistent support quality.
Sales Team Lead
Leads sales strategy, coaches team members, and helps businesses identify technology solutions that improve efficiency and security. Oversees pipelines, supports marketing collaboration, and conducts client consultations. Ensures sales promises align with operational delivery while improving processes that strengthen client acquisition and retention.
Tier III Technician
Provides advanced technical escalation support involving servers, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and complex network troubleshooting. Assists with system architecture planning, mentors junior technicians, and performs root cause analysis during high-impact service issues. Plays a key role in maintaining reliability and optimizing client infrastructure.

Development & Design

Web Designer
Creates visually engaging and functional websites using platforms like WordPress, Joomla, and Shopify. Works with clients to align branding, optimize usability, and support marketing goals. Maintains responsive design standards, improves site performance, and supports content updates that enhance user engagement.
Graphic Designer
Develops marketing graphics, branding assets, social media visuals, and promotional materials. Collaborates with marketing and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling. Maintains brand consistency across campaigns while managing multiple projects using professional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Outreach Coordinator
Builds partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to expand brand awareness and client relationships. Coordinates events, sponsorships, and referral initiatives. Works closely with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities while representing ITGuys as a trusted technology partner.
Outbound Sales Specialist
Initiates contact with prospective clients through calls, email outreach, and networking. Identifies business challenges and introduces ITGuys technology solutions. Tracks engagement metrics, schedules consultations, and collaborates with marketing to improve lead quality while building strong first impressions with potential clients.
