15 Years of ITGuys
and it all started with some Chinese food…seriously.
Fifteen years ago, ITGuys didn’t have a name, a website, or even a proper desk. What we did have was a neighbor in crisis.
The year was 2009. During dinner time on a random Friday, a small restaurant on pearl street had their POS system go down. The owner had no way to charge customer credit cards, and her business slowed to a halt. They called around to the usual large IT support services, but no one picked up after hours. Then someone gave her our number. ITGuys wasn’t even a company yet. But we showed up.
Within an hour we brought her system back to life, stayed late, and answered her questions. When we were done, she handed us some money and a box of some of the best Chinese food in Colorado. When she hugged us through tears and said, “I didn’t think anyone would be able to help,” we knew exactly what we wanted to build.
Not an IT company. A team, and a promise.

No matter how big or small the issue, we’d be there to help run your business. We’d make things simple. And we’d never treat a client like just another ticket number.
Fifteen years later, that promise still drives every decision we make. It’s what built this company. It’s what kept us going through 3 a.m. server crashes, ransomware scares, and the chaos of a global pandemic. And it’s why we’re still here serving small businesses who deserve IT support that actually gives a damn.
To celebrate 15 years of support, we’re giving away:
One FREE month of support to any business that signs up in June.
It’s our way of saying thank you. For trusting us. For believing in something better.
And for making the last 15 years worth every single late night.
